1. (a) After receiving the request for the informal conference, the department staff shall:

   1. (1) Arrange a date, time, and location for the informal conference; and
   2. (2) Notify the respondent by certified mail of the date, time, and location of said informal conference.
2. (b) At the informal conference, the department staff shall review the basis for the violation(s). The utility may explain its position and may present alternatives for solution of the problem.
3. (c) If the utility and the department staff cannot by agreement resolve the violation at this stage, the enforcement procedure shall continue as described in En 510.08.
