1. (a) ELECs shall submit all reports and forms to the department by the following methods:

   1. (1) Mail or other delivery to:

      New Hampshire Department of Energy

      21 South Fruit Street, Suite 10

      Concord, NH 03301-2429; or

   2. (2) Electronic report filing as the department shall provide on the department website at telecom-info-reports@energy.nh.gov.
2. (b) ELECs making an electronic filing pursuant to (a)(2) above shall comply with Puc 202.06 regarding filing requirements except that under this section, they shall submit the original by mail and the electronic copy by email.
