During wide scale emergencies, each utility shall complete the applicable Form E-36 dated 10/2024, available at the department’s website at www.energy.nh.gov, and file one electronic copy with the department as follows:

1. (a) E-36A - Granite State Electric Company d/b/a/ Liberty;
2. (b) E-36B - Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy; and
3. (c) E-36C - Unitil Energy Systems, Inc.
