Such records, reports, summaries and compilations of the department as may be material shall be made available for examination by the parties at 45 South Fruit Street, Concord, New Hampshire. Parties desiring to examine said records shall, prior to the hearing, file a notice requesting said examination and the commissioner shall set a time when said records shall be available.
