1. (a) The position of house counsel is established by RSA 282-A:136.
2. (b) The house counsel includes the department's general counsel and counsel.
3. (c) The general counsel and counsel are appointed by the commissioner.
4. (d) The general counsel and counsel are responsible for all duties assigned by the commissioner.
