1. (a) Public comment hearings shall be open to the print and electronic media.

2. (b) The presiding member shall place limits on the activities of the media to avoid disruption in the following ways:

   1. (1) Limiting the placement of television cameras to certain locations in the hearing room; and
   2. (2) Prohibiting interviews from being conducted within the hearing room during the hearing.
