- (a) The appellate board is part of the department of employment security for organizational purposes, in accordance with RSA 282-A:63.
- (b) The appellate board shall accept appeals in accordance with Emab 202.
- (c) The appellate board is comprised of the chair and vice chair, who are attorneys, 2 members representing business management, 2 members representing labor, and 2 members representing the public.
