(a) Unprofessional conduct shall include but not be limited to the following:
- (1) Any violation of RSA 319-C or the board’s administrative rules;
- (2) Failure to comply with local requirements regulating electrical installations;
- (3) Negligent or willful acts that negatively affect the health or safety of employees or others;
- (4) Failure to cooperate with a board inspector or administrative investigation; or
- (5) Failure to comply with a sanction from the board.
