N.H. Code Admin. R. Elec 404.02 – Change in Master Electrician or High/Medium Voltage Electrician Responsible for a Corporation

(a) Within 30 days of a change in the master electrician, or high/medium voltage electrician responsible for the affairs of a corporation or partnership, the president, director, or partner of the corporation or partnership shall furnish the following:
1. (1) A letter on company letterhead that states the reason(s) for the change and the effective date of the change; and
2. (2) The corporation or partnership identification card and license issued by the OPLC.
