(a) A third party electrical inspector applicant shall be approved when the applicant:
- (1) Submits a completed application pursuant to Elec 302.04(i); and
- (2) Meets the qualification requirements of Elec 304.05;
- (b) An applicant who has been denied approval under this section shall be provided an opportunity for an administrative hearing before the board in accordance with the requirements of Elec 207.
