“Third party electrical inspector level 1” means an electrical inspector for residential units, as defined in Chapter 2 Section R202 (building) of the currently adopted International Residential Code by the state of New Hampshire, except allowing up to 4 contiguous units, shall have the minimum qualifications as required in Elec 304.05(a).
