Each preparation program for educational specialists or instructional specialists shall provide the following, through a combination of academic and supervised practical experiences:

1. (a) The skills, competencies, and knowledge as outlined in Ed 505.03 and Ed 505.04, as applicable; and
2. (b) The skills, competencies, and knowledge required for the individual’s endorsement as outlined in the relevant section within Ed 508.
