A PEPP shall have a program assessment system that:

1. (a) Continuously and systematically gathers data to monitor and improve the:

   1. (1) Curriculum;
   2. (2) Clinical experience;
   3. (3) Assessment of candidates; and
   4. (4) Overall quality of programs;
2. (b) Demonstrates a process to make judgments based on the data collected;
3. (c) Uses the process for continuous program improvement to ensure the quality of individual candidate preparation;
4. (d) Includes data on program completers; and
5. (e) Includes information and data gathered for federal and state reporting requirements as well as reports required for regional and national accreditation.
