1. (a) Option 4 shall be the review of institutions that have received national accreditation for individual PEPPs which results in approval, not to exceed the national accreditation expiration date by more than 3 months.

2. (b) The timelines for the review process of PEPP(s) under option 4 shall be:

   1. (1) No later than 18 months prior to expiration of the national accreditation of the PEPP(s), the department shall:

      1. a. Notify the institutional coordinator and the principal administrator of the PEPP(s) that the program(s) are due for re-approval; and
      2. b. Provide the institutional coordinator with information regarding the required fee pursuant to Ed 602.05; and
   2. (2) At least 17 months prior to the date PEPP approval expires and no later than 12 months prior to a review, the institutional coordinator shall provide the department with the information and application fee as outlined in Ed 602.05 for program review through national program accreditation.
3. (c) PEPP(s) not approved for national accreditation shall use the process for PEPP approval under Option 1, 2, or 3.
