In addition to the renewal requirements under Ed 504.08 and Ed 504.09, renewal requirements for school nurse shall be as follows:

1. (a) For those licensed school nurses who are employed by an agency listed in Ed 513.01, a minimum of 45 school nurse related continuing education units shall be required; and

2. (b) For those licensed school nurses who are not employed by an agency listed in Ed 513.01, a minimum of 45 school nurse related continuing education units shall be required.
