Nonpublic schools shall be eligible to participate in state and federally funded programs, including but not limited to:
- (a) Child benefit services;
- (b) Dual enrollment programs;
- (c) Driver education reimbursement;
- (d) Child nutrition programs;
- (e) Federal education programs; and
- (f) Vocational rehabilitation.
