When DCYF notifies the liable school district that the court has ordered an immediate court ordered residential placement, or an immediate change in the court ordered residential placement, the school district shall:

1. (a) Immediately notify parents of the district’s intent to convene an IEP team meeting.
2. (b) If the immediate court ordered placement has an impact on where the child attends school, immediately forward a copy of the child’s IEP to the new educational placement.

3. (c) Convene an IEP team meeting in accordance with the requirements of Ed 1117.04 (b) no later than 10 days after notice to parents for the purpose of:

   1. (1) Reviewing the nature of the emergency and its relation to the child’s educational disability;
   2. (2) Reviewing the IEP in light of the emergency presented;
   3. (3) Considering the appropriateness of the education assignment; and
   4. (4) Revising of the child’s IEP if necessary.
