Subsequent to the filing of a notice of appeal, all filings in appeals shall:
- (a) Conform to the filing requirements of Ec-Wtr 201.01;
- (b) Identify the docket number for the filing, if assigned;
- (c) Be served prior to or on the date of filing with the council upon all parties on the service list, as maintained pursuant to Ec-Wtr 203.05; and
- (d) Include a certification statement that the filing has been served upon all parties to the appeal.
