- (a) The purpose of this part is to safeguard the life, health, and welfare of the public and to establish and maintain a high standard of integrity in the professional practice of dietetics.
- (b) These rules shall be binding upon every person holding a license or having the privilege to practice as a licensed dietitian in this state.
