Non-Disciplinary Professional Health Program

(a) The board shall make available to eligible licensees the non-disciplinary professional health program specified by RSA 310:5, III.
(b) A licensee complying with and completing such non-disciplinary professional health program shall be deemed not to have been sanctioned for misconduct.
