A registration shall be denied if the OPLC finds that the applicant has:
- (a) Failed to file completed initial application forms required by Diet 302.02 and all required supporting documentation required by Diet 302.03;
- (b) Failed to submit the fees required by Plc 1001.08 and Plc 1002.12;
- (c) Failed to show they are of good character as evidenced by the “yes” answer to the question on the initial application form required at Plc 308.06(e); or
- (d) Failed to fulfill any other condition of registration, including the terms of any settlement or agreement with any other jurisdiction.
