- (a) The board shall not pre-approve courses.
- (b) Each licensee shall select courses dealing with matters directly related to the practice of dentistry or dental hygiene.
- (c) The licensee shall maintain records provided by the program sponsor.
(d) The records shall contain the:
- (1) Name of the licensee;
- (2) Full name of the course;
- (3) Date of the course;
- (4) Location where the course was given;
- (5) Duration of the course in days and hours;
- (6) Name and mailing address of the provider; and
- (7) Number of CEUs.
