Dentists shall not be obligated to obtain a sedation or anesthesia permit pursuant to this part if general anesthesia, deep sedation, or moderate sedation is being administered exclusively by a separate dedicated qualified provider, so long as the hosting dentist obtains an anesthesia facility permit or facility hosting permit as described in Den 304.03.
