As necessary, the presiding officer shall schedule on his or her own initiative or at the request of any involved party, a prehearing conference in accordance with RSA 541-A:31, V to consider:
- (a) Offers of settlement;
- (b) Simplification of the issues;
- (c) Stipulations or admissions as to issues of fact or proof by consent of the parties;
- (d) Limitations on the number of witnesses;
- (e) Changes to standard procedures desired during the hearing by consent of the parties;
- (f) Consolidation of examination of witnesses; or
- (g) Any other matters which aid in the disposition of the proceeding.
