N.H. Code Admin. R. Cub 303.04

Test Pits

Test pits shall not disqualify land from current use when the purpose of the test pit is to:

(a) Determine whether or not the land would be suitable for building;
(b) Detect the presence of water sources; or
(c) Identify the mineral content of the land.
