1. (a) Notice for public forums concerning current use rules shall be:

   1. (1) Posted in the House and Senate clerks’ offices;
   2. (2) Posted in the department’s lobby at Governor Hugh J. Gallen Office Park South, 109 Pleasant Street, in Concord, NH;
   3. (3) Posted in the department of natural and cultural resource’s lobby;
   4. (4) Placed on the web at www.nh.gov/revenue, if possible; and
   5. (5) Placed in a newspaper for the area covering each forum location.

2. (b) Notice for subcommittee meetings shall be:

   1. (1) Posted in the House and Senate clerks’ offices;
   2. (2) Posted in the department’s lobby at Governor Hugh J. Gallen Office Park South, 109 Pleasant Street, in Concord, NH;
   3. (3) Sent to all interested parties who request, in writing, to be kept on a service list; and
   4. (4) Placed on the department’s web page at www.nh.gov/revenue, if possible.
