- (a) All current use forms shall be available from the department of revenue administration and the local assessing officials.
- (b) The criteria for current use, as specified in Cub 300, shall be updated and published annually in the form of a current use booklet.
(c) A copy of the annual current use booklet may be obtained:
- (1) From the state library, reference and information services, 20 Park Street, Concord, NH, at their usual cost; or
- (2) On the department’s home page at www.nh.gov/revenue, when possible.
