Emancipation Determination

(a) The following shall be indicia of emancipation, but shall not be exclusive, and an applicant may submit other evidence:
1. (1) Lack of financial support of the student by the parent;
2. (2) Lack of contribution to the parent of any earnings or other income received by the student;
3. (3) Failure of the parent to claim the student as a dependent on the parent's income or other tax returns;
4. (4) Establishment by the student of a domicile separate and apart from that of the parent; and
5. (5) Failure of the student to return to the home of the parent during vacations.
