- (a) A student shall be eligible for purposes of the New Hampshire UAAP if he or she has been a resident of the state for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the term for which in-state status is awarded.
- (b) No person shall be eligible for in-state status unless his or her residence in New Hampshire is for some purpose other than the temporary or primary one of obtaining an education.
- (c) In all cases of application for in-state status for UAAP, the burden of proof shall be on the applicant.
- (d) No unemancipated person shall be eligible for in-state status unless his or her parents have established a domicile in this state.
