An eligible institution under this program shall:
- (a) Be approved, chartered or licensed by the state to provide an education degree program at a minimum at the undergraduate level;
- (b) Have its main campus within the boundaries of the state of New Hampshire;
- (c) Meet all the rules of eligibility as regards an institution of higher education under federal regulations under 34 CFR 600;
- (d) Be regionally or nationally accredited by a U.S. Department of Education recognized accrediting agency established under the guidelines set out in 34 CFR 602;
- (e) Be deemed eligible to receive federal funds under the Pell grant program by the United States Secretary of Education;
- (f) Submit annually by June 1, a letter to the commission certifying that the institution remains in compliance with the eligibility requirements of Csp 601.04(a)-(e) and current documentation included in Csp 601.03(d)(1)-(2);
- (g) Make available to the commission annually, by November 1st, the number of full-time and part-time undergraduate New Hampshire residents who are enrolled in the institution;
- (h) Meet all the conditions for requesting additional funds pursuant to Csp 601.05(c); and
- (i) Report on the status of the UAAP as provided in Csp 601.05(d).
