Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 329:26, RSA 329-B, and RSA 330-A:32, medical and behavioral health records concerning current residents of the secure psychiatric unit shall be exchanged between other state medical and mental health facilities to facilitate treatment pursuant to RSA 622:47.
