“Prison” means a secure facility of the department designed, organized, and staffed to provide safe secure housing and rehabilitative opportunities to person under departmental control and other persons properly transferred to the facility. This includes the New Hampshire state prison for men, New Hampshire correctional facility for women, and the northern New Hampshire correctional facility.
