The director shall respond to requests in accordance with RSA 541-A:29, and shall place any item requiring commission action on the commission agenda in accordance with the time frames of RSA 541-A:29. For purposes of this rule, "an item requiring commission action" means one which falls within the definition of the commission's powers and duties under RSA 188-F:62, including but not limited to the redesign of programs, fees, and the acceptance of gifts, grants, or donations.
