The commission is established under RSA 188-F:58 and has rulemaking authority under RSA 188-F:62, VII, relative to the rights and responsibilities of parties utilizing the planetarium facilities. Fees for planetarium use are set and collected by the commission under the provisions of RSA 188-F:62, III.
