Obligation to Report Certain Complaints to the Board

A licensee shall report to the board a complaint made against the licensee in any court or in any professional or business organization of which the licensee is a member:
- (a) As soon as the licensee becomes aware of the complaint; and
- (b) In answering the question in Ch 402.05(p), on the licensee's license-renewal application form.
