A promoter shall provide a licensed medical doctor or nurse practitioner for the weigh-ins, and 2 licensed medical doctors, physician assistants, nurses, or nurse practitioners at all times during a competition. A doctor or nurse practitioner shall remain ringside, while the other medical person shall be located at the dressing or corner rooms for the duration of the event.
