- (a) Members of the commission and deputy inspectors shall not have any financial interest, directly or indirectly, in professional fighting sports regulated by the commission.
- (b) Members of the commission and deputy inspectors shall be subject to the financial disclosure requirements in RSA 15-A, the restrictions on the acceptance of gifts, honorariums, and expense reimbursements in RSA 15-B and the code of ethics in RSA 21-G:27.
