Unless otherwise provided herein, applications which request the authority to take action under the programs established pursuant to RSA 162-A:7, RSA 162-A:8, RSA 162-A:9, RSA 162-A:10, and RSA 162-A:13 shall meet the requirements set forth in Bfa 301.
