1. (a) Awards which have been approved by governor and executive council, shall enter into an agreement between the awardee and the department and shall fulfill the terms and conditions of the agreement in order to receive municipal grant and loan funds.
2. (b) The awardee shall register with the department of administrative services for a state of New Hampshire vendor number in order for a payment to issue. Registration is available at: https://apps.das.nh.gov/vendorregistration/(S(inw3n42wcfgd4dk1b5rzcdez))/welcome.aspx.
