For the purpose of this part, the following terms shall be defined as follows:

1. (a) “Evidence” means all information, other than oral argument, submitted and considered by the board as part of the appeal record.
2. (b) “Licensing board” means the electricians’ board, established under RSA 319-C:4, or the board of home inspectors, established under RSA 310-A:186.
