1. (a) All hearings shall be recorded.

2. (b) A copy of the recording may be requested by submitting a written request to:

   State Building Code Review Board

   Office of the Commissioner

   Department of Safety

   33 Hazen Drive

   Concord, NH 03305

3. (c) Pursuant to RSA 91-A:4, persons requesting a copy of the audio recording shall pay the actual cost of duplication.
4. (d) Recordings of proceedings shall be preserved in accordance with state law and department of safety records retention policies.
