§ Bcr 206.01

N.H. Code Admin. R. Bcr 206.01

Pleadings

(a) The only pleadings permitted shall be petitions and replies to petitions.
(b) A petitioner shall include the following on his or her petition:
1. (1) The name and address of the petitioner;
2. (2) The name and address of the petitioner's representative, if any;
3. (3) A concise statement of the facts which warrant the relief requested from the board;
4. (4) The description of the action which the petitioner wishes the board to take;
5. (5) A citation to any statutes, rules, orders, or other authority which entitles the petitioner to the relief requested; and
6. (6) The signature and date required by Bcr 205.02(a).
