Prior to a hearing, the person the board is considering imposing a fine upon may request a meeting with a member of the board’s staff to discuss the matter. If a meeting is requested, it shall be the responsibility of the person the board is considering imposing a fine upon to contact the board office to schedule a mutually convenient appointment with the appropriate staff member.
