- (a) Plc 311.14 shall govern when the board receives notice that a licensee has been subjected to disciplinary action related to professional conduct by the regulatory authority in another jurisdiction.
- (b) All adjudicative proceedings and any disciplinary sanctions imposed based upon discipline in another jurisdiction shall be conducted and determined in accordance with Plc 311.14.
