Record Retention
Effective Nov 9, 2017#12416, eff 11-9-17State Board of Auctioneers
The board shall keep its records on file for at least 5 years. However, for decisions of the board made under Auc 203.20, the retention period shall be as specified in Auc 203.20(f).
