(a) The board shall, with the approval of the secretary of state, adopt rules for:
- (1) Registrations;
- (2) Renewals;
- (3) Disciplinary action;
- (4) the qualifications of applicants;
- (5) the establishment of fees;
- (6) Ethical and professional standards;
- (7) Conduct of hearings;
- (8) Content of license and renewal applications; and
- (9) any other matters related to the proper administration of RSA 311‑B.
- (b) In addition to rulemaking, the board's functions include licensing qualified auctioneers and the investigation and adjudication of complaints against licensees.
