Obligation to Cooperate with Investigations

Licensees shall cooperate with the OPLC’s investigations by:
(a) Providing accurate factual information;
(b) Responding to the OPLC’s requests in a timely fashion; and
(c) Assisting in any other way requested by the OPLC.
