- (a) The DRA shall, by March 1, send a notice to all DRA-certified personnel whose certification will expire within that year.
(b) A person notified in (a), above, by the DRA shall respond in writing no later than December 1 of that year, that he or she:
(1) Requests to:
- a. Remain at the same level of certification; or
- b. Be recertified to a different level of certification; and
- (2) Submits documentation for the continuing education hours required in Asb 305.01.
