“Sanction” means a level of disciplinary action determined by the commissioner to ensure the integrity of the DRA certification process by requiring a time period ranging from one month to 6 months in which the sanctioned person, at his or her own expense, is supervised by:

1. (a) A DRA-certified property assessor; or
2. (b) A DRA-certified property assessor supervisor.
