1. (a) Notice for public forums shall be:

   1. (1) Posted in the House and Senate clerks' offices;
   2. (2) Sent to all municipalities;
   3. (3) Posted in the department's lobby at Governor Hugh J. Gallen Office Park South, 109 Pleasant Street, in Concord, NH;
   4. (4) Placed in local newspapers where each forum will be held;
   5. (5) Sent to all interested parties who request, in writing, to be kept on a service list; and
   6. (6) Placed on the department’s web page at www.nh.gov/revenue, if possible.

2. (b) Notice for subcommittee meetings shall be:

   1. (1) Posted in the House and Senate clerks' offices;
   2. (2) Posted in the department's lobby at Governor Hugh J. Gallen Office Park South, 109 Pleasant Street, in Concord, NH;
   3. (3) Sent to all interested parties who request, in writing, to be kept on a service list; and
   4. (4) Placed on the department’s web page at www.nh.gov/revenue, if possible.
